Application Fee: $105.00/project
A property improvement application needs to be filled out showing each project you are completing. For example, if you are painting the exterior of your home and installing a new fence, you would need to mark each item on the application, submit the required supporting documentation, and pay the corresponding fee for each item submitted for approval.
Payment must be received in order to complete your application packet.
Application fees are doubled if work has begun prior to receiving DRC Approval.
