Cancellation and Refunds
Canceling a Facility Reservation – The District will accept a cancellation request over the phone or in writing. If submitting a cancellation in writing via postal service, please send to El Dorado Hills CSD, 1021 Harvard Way, El Dorado Hills CA 95762 or you may email your request to cancelresv@edhcsd.org or you may contact our office at (916) 933-6624.
The following penalties may apply:
- If canceling up to 90 days prior to the event there is a $30 application fee.
- If canceling 30-90 prior to the event, 50% of the rental deposit is lost.
- If canceling less than 30 days prior to the event, 100% of the rental deposit is lost.
- If the cancellation is due to special circumstances, the District may work with the applicant on waiving any penalties. This request requires special approval and may take up to 5 working days.
Canceling a Park or Field Reservation
Cancellations must be made in writing and received within five (5) working days of the reservation date. If submitting a cancellation in writing via postal service, please send to El Dorado Hills CSD, 1021 Harvard Way, El Dorado Hills CA 95762 or you may email your request to cancelresv@edhcsd.org or by fax at (916) 941-1627. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within three (3) working days of the reservation date.
Refunds are processed either electronically or by check. If by check, it can take up to 30 days to process and send by postal service. If processing a refund electronically, it can take up to 10 business days to see the refund posted to your account. |
