How to Register

All participants must complete a Program Registration Form and waiver, and pay all program fees before attending any program. Questions can be answered by calling (916) 614-3216. Check the Activity Guide for class dates and times.

Walk -In Registration
Walk-in registration is only accepted at the Administration Office, which is in the brown modular building (located in the north parking lot) 1021 Harvard Way, El Dorado Hills, CA.

Phone-in registration is accepted using Visa, MasterCard,or American Express

It's easy! You can register for your favorite activities and programs from the convenience of your own home!

Fax-In Registration
Fax your completed, signed Program Registration Form to (916) 941-1627. Please include your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express number.

Mail-In Registration
Please enclose completed Registration Form with check, credit card number or money order made payable to EDHCSD. No cash please. Please send mail-in registration at least one week prior to class start date.

Please call to confirm your registration was received. We do not mail confirmations. If you would like one mailed to you, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Drop-Off Registration
You may now drop off registration with completed form and check in the black metal "mail" box just outside the registration office
entrance.

Registration Policies
Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Classes are not prorated for returning students. Make-up classes are not available. We do not prorate classes.

Pre-registration is required for all classes.

In case of lack of registrants or instructor unavailability, some classes may be combined or cancelled. Waiting lists will be utilized whenever possible.

Refund Policy:
Full refunds will be given if an activity or class is cancelled by the EDHCSD.
Refund requests need to be made in writing, by phone, or in person at the EDHCSD Registration Office. Refund requests must be made 3 working days prior to the start of the program or class. Swim lesson refunds require 7 working days notice. A $5.00 refund processing fee will be charged per class. Allow 2-3 weeks to process check refunds. Refunds will not be granted for any excursions/ trips or activities that require pre-paid admission.

Fees
Make all checks and money orders payable to EDHCSD. All class registration fees must be accompanied by a completed and signed Program Registration form. Supply fees will be collected in class by the instructor.
