The El Dorado Hills Community Services District (CSD) is the primary provider of parks and recreation services to the El Dorado Hills area. In addition, we provide other services such as administration of Cable TV, curb side refuse collection, CC&Rs and Design Review approval. Our main office is located in the Community Park at 1021 Harvard Way on the corner of El Dorado Hills Blvd.
