Existing Conditions Summary July 2005
Provides a general overview of existing conditions in the EDH community and includes a profile of current population, social and economic characteristics for the area, as well as a sense of how those characteristics compare to El Dorado County and the state more broadly.  It calculates existing service levels for park and recreation facilities and compares these service levels with like communities in the area and evaluates park conditions.
 

Program Analysis for September 2005
Reviews current District recreation programs offered and potential strategies for improvements are identified.

Parks and Recreation Facility Needs Analysis January 2007
Calculates the need for parks and recreation facilities within the CSD.  It uses public involvement findings to identify trends relevant to parks and recreation facility need and presents a detailed assessment of need for each of the CSD’s major park classification and recreation facilities.


Community Needs Assessment Report January 2007
Provides a foundation for Master Plan strategies and actions and pulls together all of the above information into one document.  It summarizes the research, public involvement findings and technical analysis conducted to date and includes key findings from the Park and Recreation Facility Needs Analysis and Program Analysis Reports.
