  • Bertelsen Park The CSD Board of Directors approved the re-dedication and renovation of Bertelsen Park lighted ball field in honor of Deputy Jeff Mitchell, a fallen Sacramento County Sherriff who was murdered while on duty.  Jeff was a resident of El Dorado Hills who had a passion for baseball.  The renovated field will honor not only Jeff, but will honor all our local public service heroes.   • Hawk View Park A .9-acre neighborhood park in the Bass Lake Hills area. conceptual plans

  • Lake Forest Village Park. The Board approved the revised Lake Forest Village Park Master Plan (Concept “D”) on February 12, 2009.  Improvements include park frontage improvements, a group picnic area, concrete pathways, two tennis courts, fenced sand volleyball court, turf play area, swings, play structure, rock climber, entry signage, parking lot, DG jogging trail with fitness par course element, public restrooms, outdoor classroom and a native garden area. Details

  • Promontory Community Park Phase II Construction of Phase II improvements include shaded play structures for very young and young children, a spray ground, a large group picnic area with bbqs, and stairs at the artificial turf sports field is expected to begin in late August 2008. Details

  • Serrano Village "J" Lot "H" Park-The Board approved a revised Serrano Village “J” Park Master Plan on July 15, 2008.  Improvements include a regulation size soccer field, public restroom, snack shack, large group picnic area, gazebo, tot lot play structure, paved walkways, full basketball court, parking lot, and grass volleyball court. conceptual plans

  • Valley View Community Park The Board of Directors a 52 acre approved Valley View Community Park Conceptual Plan at their meeting on October 12, 2006. conceptual plans

  • Windsor Point Neighborhood Park The 1-acre neighborhood park at the corner of Schooner Drive and Francisco Drive was designed by residents at the District hosted Design Workshops.  The Board approved the Windsor Point Park Master Plan on December 13, 2007. Details

The District is working with local residents to re-design the Oak Knoll Village Park.  A lot of information was collected at the first workshop in October and design concept alternatives based on community input will be presented at the second workshop in December 2008.  Hills of El Dorado & Woodridge Survey ResultsWorkshop Exhibits.
