Future Parks:

  • Bass Lake Hills Sports Park - 18.7 acre sports park.
  • Bell Ranch ParkThe park is a total of 5.77 acres however 3.9 acres will be reserved for open space leaving 1.8 acres for an active neighborhood park.conceptual plans
  • Hawk View Park The park is .90 acres construction of this turn-key park is expected to begin in 2009. conceptual plans
  • Lake Forest Village Park. The Board approved a final Master Plan at their meeting on February 13, 2008.  The 9.76 acre park is planned in phases.  The first phase improvements will take place in the west and south portions of the parcel and include park frontage improvements, a picnic area, concrete path, two tennis courts, fenced sand volleyball, turf play area, swings, rock climber, park sign at entry and parking.  Later phases include two more tennis courts, DG jogging trail, fitness par course elements, nature trail, full parking lot build-out, horseshoes, public restrooms, outdoor classroom, and a native garden.Details

  • Windsor Point Neighborhood Park   The1-acre park located at the corner of Schooner Drive and Francisco Drive was design by residents at the District hosted Design Workshops.The Board will consider approving the plan at their next regular meeting on December 13, 2007 at 7pm in the CSD Pavilion Meeting Room.   • Deputy Jeff Mitchell Field Conceptual Plan

The CSD Board of Directors approved the re-dedication and renovation of Bertelsen Park lighted ball field in honor of Deputy Jeff Mitchell, a fallen Sacramento County Sherriff who was murdered while on duty.  Jeff was a resident of El Dorado Hills who had a passion for baseball.  The renovated field will honor not only Jeff, but will honor all our local public service heroes. Deputy Jeff Mitchell Field Conceptual Plan.   Watch a 3-D clip of the renovated field.
