Ages 11 - 13
This two-day course includes the
information and skills necessary to
provide safe and responsible care for
children. Participants develop skills in
interviewing, accident prevention, care
for medical emergencies and basic child
care. An ASHI certificate will be issued
upon completion of class. Please bring
a snack.

Learn baton twirling, coordination,
rhythm and dance techniques with a
two-time World Baton Twirling Champion.
A $25 materials fee for a baton

Ages 6 & up
Children will have fun and be excited
to see how easy it is to calculate problems
in the millions place. Your child
will be presented with a certificate of
completion and binder with activities
for reinforcement. Add to Subtract uses
the senses of vision, hearing, and touch
to help children make associations to
pictures, colors, shapes, and position
with the math facts. A prerequisite to
enrolling in this class is to have mastered
the addition and subtraction facts to 9
without counting. If your child uses a
counting method to get answers, they
need to enroll in the Facts to 9 class.
Please bring a $45 materials fee, payable
to Ways That Work, on the first day of
class.

Learn to ride Western and English while
mastering basic horsemanship! Groom,
tack, work from the ground, lunge, and
ride a well-trained lesson horse. Advance
to lead changes, lateral work and show

Ages 2 - 6 with parent participation
Learn to make and decorate beautiful themed cookies. Together you’ll learn
to make cookie dough (roll and cutout), make royal icing and develop skill in
outlining and filling cookies with royal icing. These classes will be themed by
holidays. Students will take home their decorated cookies along with gift bag
including recipes, notes, tips and a cookie cutter. Please bring a material fee of
$12 to instructor.

this is the class for you. Learn all the tips and tricks for making the best
homemade scones ever. All participants will work individually to bake scones

These ice cream cup cakes will look like a melting ice cream cone. It will even
